Mike spent most of his career in financial services having been Chief Executive of a foreign exchange company, working in London and New York. A member of the Bank of England foreign exchange joint standing committee.
He joined ACH Care homes as Managing Director in 2002 and developed 9 homes, leaving in 2005 when part of their business was sold to Caring Homes.
He then started Broadham Care in 2006 with the opening of our first home in Eastbourne. It was always the intention to develop a small group of homes that exceeded the standards previously seen in the sector.
Joel has over 20 years’ experience in the learning disability care field, undertaking his training and becoming a qualified Learning Disability Nurse and Social Worker. He then worked as a Senior Staff Nurse on a ground breaking dual diagnosis unit at Guy’s Hospital before managing services in both the charity and private sectors.
As a founder member of Broadham Care, Joel plays an integral part in ensuring we achieve and maintain the highest possible standards for the clients within our service.
Jon is an accomplished and experienced FD with an impressive track record having worked for Crest Nicholson PLC, Roche, Paul Costelloe International and Robert West Consulting. He qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG in London and has a long standing track record of achieving growth in profitability and performance across multiple market sectors.
Operations and Compliance Director
Following a successful residential social work career Andy worked for a range of social care regulators including the National Care Standards Commission, The Commission for Social Care Inspection and The Care Quality Commission. He was responsible for setting up and managing CSCI’s (and then CQC’s) South East Regional Registration team, which during his tenure was consistently the best performing registration team in England. Andy is Broadham Care’s Operations and Compliance Director responsible for ensuring continued high standards of excellence in all of our homes.
